Recovery Branch

​​​Through the Recovery Branch of Georgia Homeless Veterans Resources, Inc (GHVR) has partnered with Attorney, Mr. William Payne of the Payne Law Firm, Decatur, Georgia, a GHVR board member. Our Team help prevent further loss, unauthorized or misrepresentation by ensuring we locate and verify the correct homeowners and previous homeowners and/or their heirs in a timely manner to assist them in claiming unclaimed cash assets, dormant checks, and unclaimed funds that are legally theirs from agencies and counties throughout the state of Georgia.  Team GHVR assistance shall aid in combating homeowners and previous homeowners and/or their heirs to combat decrease exposure to fraud and risk.

How We Operate

​Much of Georgia Homeless Veterans Resources, Inc., ("GHVR") services requires collaborative research including investigating file information and locating potential claimants.

• We operate on a contingency format.
• We work side by side with an active practicing Georgia law firm.
  

 

• We do NOT require an up-front fee.

 

• We do NOT ask our clients for personal information, such as Social Security Numbers.

 

• We never possess our client's recovered funds. The client's portion will be disbursed directly to them.
